Ingredients

  • 250g of ricotta

  • 1 dash of white wine vinegar

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 400g tin of chopped tomato
  • 500g of spinach
  • 1 lemon, zested

  • 15g of butter
